Product Introduction
Flexible rubber joints are also known as shock absorbers, soft joints, rubber soft connections, pipeline shock absorbers, etc. Solve all kinds of pipeline offset, axial expansion and different concentricity, generally used in civil construction water supply and drainage engineering, fire network pump room unit pipeline to undertake, sewage treatment pipeline connection, high-pressure gas liquefaction medium transport, oil, ships and so on. It is the most commonly used rubber joint for pipeline fittings in the world today. It has the advantages of reducing pipeline noise, good sealing, light weight, easy installation and maintenance, and long service life.
Product composition
1. Rubber tube body is the main component of flexible rubber joints, usually made of natural rubber, butyl rubber, neoprene rubber, silicone rubber and other materials. The rubber tube body has good elasticity and flexibility, and can withstand certain pressure and deformation, so as to realize the connection and compensation of the pipeline.
2. Lining material is an important part of flexible rubber joints, usually made of stainless steel, copper, aluminum and other materials. The lining material can enhance the pressure resistance and wear resistance of the joint, and also prevent the rubber tube body from being eroded and worn by the medium.
3.The coat material is the protective layer of flexible rubber joints, usually made of rubber, polyurethane, polyethylene and other materials. The jacket material can protect the rubber tube body and lining material from the external environment, while also enhancing the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the joint.
4. Bolts and gaskets are the connection parts of flexible rubber joints, usually made of stainless steel, carbon steel and other materials. Bolts and gaskets ensure the joint is tightly connected to prevent leakage and loosening.
