Composition of double ball rubber joints
1. Inner rubber layer: This is the inner layer of the rubber joint, which is in direct contact with the pipeline and plays the role of sealing and protecting the pipeline.
2. Reinforcement layer: Constructed of multi-layer squeegee nylon cord fabric, these cord fabrics enhance the strength and durability of the joint, preventing the joint from being stretched and torn during use.
3. Cover: This is the outer layer of the joint, which not only provides additional protection, but also enhances the airtightness and durability of the joint.
4. Metal flange or parallel joints: These parts are combined with rubber joint loose sleeves and are used to connect piping systems to ensure the correct installation and sealing of joints.
Installation
1. When installing the double ball rubber joint, it is strictly forbidden to install beyond the displacement limit.
2. The installation bolts should be symmetrical, and gradually pressurized and tightened to prevent local leakage.
3. For the working pressure above 0.6MPa, the installation bolt should have an elastic pressure pad to prevent the bolt from loosening during work.
4. When installed vertically, both ends of the joint pipe should be supported by vertical force, and anti-pull-off devices can be adopted to prevent the work from being pulled off under pressure.
5. The installation site of the double-sphere rubber joint should be far away from the heat source and ozone area, and it is strictly forbidden to expose strong radiation rays to the sun and use media that does not meet the requirements.
6. It is strictly forbidden for sharp instruments to cut the surface and sealing surface of the double-ball rubber joint during transportation, loading and unloading.
Product Introduction
The double-ball rubber joint takes advantage of the advantages of high elasticity, high air tightness, medium resistance, weather resistance and radiation resistance of rubber, which can reduce the vibration and noise of the pipeline, and compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction caused by temperature changes. This kind of joint is widely used in various piping systems, and is a pipe joint with high elasticity and high air tightness.
