Why is our rubber more durable?
1. Our rubber joints usually use nitrile rubber (NBR) as the main material, this rubber has good oil resistance, suitable for petroleum, lubricating oil and other oils. Nitrile rubber has good oil resistance, so that the rubber joint can remain stable in a variety of oil environments, thereby extending the service life.
2. In the process of making rubber joints, we use polyester cord fabric with high strength and strong cold and heat stability obliquely composite, so that the inner and outer rubber layers are combined into one, smooth and seamless. This method not only improves the durability of the rubber joint, but also effectively prevents the separation of the inner and outer layers, further enhancing its service life.
Why are our rubber joints elastic?
1. Free extension of molecular chains
Rubber is a reticulated polymer material whose molecular chains are connected by covalent bonds to form a material structure. Under the action of force, the rubber molecular chain can be freely extended and rotated, so that the material shows excellent elastic performance. This is one of the main reasons for the high elasticity of rubber.
2. A large number of cross-linked structures
Rubber has a large number of cross-linked structures, which can support and limit each other during the process of force on the material, thus increasing the strength and elasticity of the material. In addition, the cross-linked structure can also effectively prevent the sliding and falling off of the molecular chains, so that the rubber still has good elastic recovery properties after multiple stretches.
3. Free rotation of molecular chains
The rubber molecular chain has the ability to rotate freely. During the stretching process, the rubber molecular chains automatically rotate, relieving the internal stresses caused by the tensile force. The relief of these internal stresses also provides another important condition for the high elasticity of rubber.
