PTFE lining is made of a layer of PTFE lining in the rubber joint, PTFE which can resist strong acid and alkali. It can be used in chemical industry and sewage transportation. Installation instructions
1.Rubber soft joints in installation is strictly prohibited over displacement limit installation.
2.Flat,suspended,vertical installation of rubber joints,supporting force of pipeline working pressure less than the axial displacement of the rubber joint,you should install anti pull off device,to prevent the work pressure.
3.The pipeline must have a fixed support or fixed bracket,the fixed bracket force must be greater than the axial force.Vertical installation and overhead installation products both ends need to install the corresponding fixed bracket and force support,to prevent the compression.
4.The installation bolts should be symmetrical,gradually tightened to prevent partial leakage.
5.The installation should be away from the heat source,strictly prohibit the use of products that do not meet the requirements of the media.
