Preparation before product installation
1. Ensure that the concentric reducer rubber joint is in a natural state, and avoid artificial deformation during the installation process to prevent early damage and weaken the use effect.
2. Check the displacement limit of the rubber joint to ensure that it does not exceed its maximum displacement limit.
Product installation steps
1. Place the rubber joint in a natural state, the holes between the flanges should be aligned, and the fasteners should be installed evenly diagonally to avoid pressure deviation.
2. When installing, snap the reinforcing rings (wire ropes of the protruding part) at both ends of the ball into the flange groove to prevent the ball and flange from falling off when the pipe is pressurized.
3. When installing the bolts, first tighten the symmetrical bolts (six or four) to make sure the balls are completely in place on the flange.
4. The screw rod of the bolt should extend out of one end of the pipe flange to prevent the arched part of the rubber joint from being crushed or punctured by the thread when compressed and expanded.
5. The bolts at each end should be tightened symmetrically, so that the tightness of all bolts is the same, and the flat gasket and spring washer should be added in the place where the use conditions are poor to prevent the nut from loosening.
