Introduction of Flanged Duckbill Rubber Check Valve
Duckbill check valve is consist of elastic rubber and man-made fiber,made by special processing,the shape is similar to the duckbill, so called duckbill valve.
Under the condition of no pressure inside, the duck mouth is closed under the action of elastic force,with the increase of internal pressure, the exit of duckbill gradually increases,and the liquid can be discharged at high flow rate.
Most duckbill valves are installed at the end of the pipeline, using their own special structure to discharge sewage, also known as "rubber sewage check valve".Because of its good practicability and good check effect on the backflow of sewage, it is also called "environmental protection valve".
The connection of duckbill valve is also used to distinguish a variety of duckbill valves, generally used are: flange type duckbill valve, clamp type duckbill valve and built-in duckbill valve.
Installation structure is divided into
1.Sleeve rubber blowdown check valve installed at the outlet of the drain pipe.
2.The flange type rubber drain check valve is installed at the outlet end of the drain flange.
3.The installation of plate type rubber drain check valve on the outlet end structure.
4.Built in rubber drain check valve installed at the end of urban rainwater sewage and system outlet.
5.The mortar or cement pipe type rubber drain check valve installed at the end of the mortar or cement pipe.
