Product Installation
1. Pre-installation inspection: Before installation, it is necessary to check the model, specification and pipeline configuration of the joint to ensure that it meets the design requirements. For joints with inner sleeves, it should be noted that the direction of the inner sleeve should be consistent with the direction of medium flow, and the hinge transfer plane of the hinged joint should be consistent with the displacement rotation plane.
2. Degree of freedom of movable elements: Ensure that all movable elements shall not be stuck by external components or limit their range of motion, and ensure the normal operation of each movable part. During installation, welding slag is not allowed to splash on the surface of the corrugated casing to avoid mechanical damage to the corrugated casing.
3. Hydrostatic test: When carrying out the hydrostatic test, the sub-fixed pipe frame at the end of the pipeline equipped with joints should be reinforced to prevent the pipeline from moving or rotating. For gaseous media joints, it is necessary to pay attention to whether a temporary bracket needs to be added when filling with water.
4. Anti-pull-off device: When installing the detachable double flange power transmission joint, it is strictly forbidden to exceed the displacement limit. When the rubber soft connection is flat, suspended and vertically installed, an anti-pull-off device should be installed to prevent the work from being pulled off under pressure.
5. Keep away from heat source and strong radiation: The detachable joint should be kept away from the heat source and ozone area, and strong radiation light is strictly forbidden to irradiate, and avoid exposure and use of media that do not meet product requirements.
