Product Structure Composition
1. Gland: Gland is an important part of wide range flexible compensating joint, used to fix and protect the internal components of the compensator, preventing them from being affected by external pressure and temperature changes.
2. Loose Sleeve: The loose sleeve structure enables the compensator to expand and contract freely within a certain range, so as to adapt to the thermal expansion and contraction of the pipeline and displacement changes, and ensure the stable operation of the pipeline system.
3. Sealing ring: The sealing ring is located between the gland and the loose sleeve, playing a sealing role, preventing media leakage and ensuring the sealing performance of the compensator.
4. Flange: The flange is the part connecting the compensator and the pipeline, and usually adopts metal flange, which has high strength and corrosion resistance, and is easy to install and maintain.
