Product Introduction
FCH repair is mainly used for the rapid repair of pipeline leakage, which can be used to quickly repair the pipeline sand hole and fracture caused by aging and rust without stopping pressure and replacing the pipeline, which is convenient to install, has high construction efficiency, and can be constructed and operated without special tools.
Features
1. Toothed fixing ring (clamp strip) design: This design makes the pipe have axial tensile ability, which can replace a variety of connection methods such as flange, welding, thread connection, layer plug connection and groove joint.
2. Sealing performance: Through the design of the sealing lip, the FCH patcher can enhance the sealing effect when the pressure increases, and prevent the leakage of fluids, gases and solids. The sealing ring maintains a good elastic state under pressure and prolongs the service life.
3. Wide range of application: Suitable for all wall thickness metal pipes, the gap between the sealing lips can be used as a buffer to adapt to the changes of various media.
4. Easy installation: The tube interface needs to be cleaned during installation, and the pipe port should be polished and smoothed to avoid burrs and concave and convex surfaces. During the installation process, the ferrule should be tightened step by step to avoid excessive force.
5. Material compatibility: There should be no bending at the embedded part of the pipe and the ferrule joint, and it is recommended to use a pipe of uniform material to prevent leakage.
