The working principle of the turbine pair clamp butterfly valve
1. Butterfly plate positioning: The main component of the turbine pair clamp butterfly valve is a disc-shaped butterfly plate, which is installed in the middle position of the valve through the bearing, and can rotate around the valve shaft. When the valve is closed, the butterfly plate is in close contact with the valve seat, preventing the fluid from passing through. When the valve is opened, the butterfly plate rotates to a position perpendicular to the valve seat, leaving a large central channel for fluid to pass through.
2. Fluid regulation: By rotating the angle of the butterfly plate, the opening of the valve can be adjusted, so as to control the flow of fluid. The butterfly plate rotates from 0 to 90, where 0 is completely closed and 90 is fully open. Flow control can be achieved by adjusting the valve opening.
3. Tightness: The turbine pair clamping butterfly valve adopts a clamping device to fix the butterfly plate and the valve seat, when the valve is closed, the clamping device clamps the butterfly plate and the valve seat tightly together to form a good sealing state and avoid fluid leakage. At the same time, the contact surface of the valve seat and the butterfly plate are made of cemented carbide and other materials, which have good wear resistance.
4. Operation mode: The turbine pair pinch butterfly valve can be switched on and off by manual operation, electric operation or pneumatic operation. Manual operation requires manual rotation of the valve shaft, electric operation uses an electric actuator, and pneumatic operation uses compressed air to control the actuator's switches.
