Metal hose is a flexible pipe component widely used in industry, construction, energy and other fields. It has the characteristics of pressure resistance, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance.
Basic structure and composition
Bellows: core components, usually made of stainless steel (such as 304, 316L), with flexibility achieved through spiral or annular corrugated structures.
Braided mesh: a metal wire braid (such as stainless steel wire) covering the outer layer of the bellows to enhance pressure bearing capacity and resistance to mechanical damage.
Connectors: connectors at both ends, in various forms (threads, flanges, quick connectors, etc.), the material must match the bellows.

Main classification
By use:
General purpose: used for liquid and gas transportation.
High temperature/low temperature resistant: suitable for extreme temperature environments.
Corrosion resistant: used in corrosive environments such as chemical and marine.
By structure:
Single-layer/multi-layer bellows: multi-layer structure can withstand higher pressure.
With armor (braided mesh) or without armor: armor enhances compressive and tensile strength.
Application areas
Industrial pipelines: compensation for thermal expansion, shock absorption, connection equipment (such as pumps, valves).
Petrochemical/Chemical: transportation of acids, alkalis, oil and gas, etc.

Installation specifications:
