Factory Custom Handmade End Face Full sealed ANSI Flange Flexible Rubber Expansion Joint
An "end face fully sealed rubber expansion joint," also known as a "full face flange rubber expansion joint" or "large flanged flexible rubber joint," is a type of flexible connector used in piping systems.
Its key characteristic is that the rubber sealing face extends fully to the outer edge of the flange, creating a complete seal across the flange surface.
Key Features:
Full Face Seal: The rubber material of the expansion joint is molded to cover the entire flange face. This ensures a tighter, more reliable seal compared to designs where the rubber only contacts the inner part of the flange.
Integrated Design: The rubber bellow and the full face flange gasket are often designed as a single, integrated unit. This enhances the seal and prevents the rubber from being pulled away from the flange, especially under high pressure.
High Pressure Resistance: This design is particularly beneficial in applications with higher pressure requirements as the full face contact distributes the pressure more evenly across the flange.
Prevents Pull-Off: The extended rubber face provides a larger contact area, significantly reducing the risk of the expansion joint being pulled off the flange due to pressure or movement.
Flange Material Options: Flanges are typically made from carbon steel, but stainless steel (e.g., 304, 316) is also available for corrosive environments.
Rubber Material Options: Common rubber materials include EPDM, NBR, and neoprene, each offering different levels of resistance to temperature, chemicals, and other media.
Size Range: Available in a wide range of nominal diameters (DN), from smaller sizes up to very large diameters (e.g., DN4000).

Applications:
End face fully sealed rubber expansion joints are particularly well-suited for:
High-pressure pipelines: Where a reliable and robust seal is critical.
Large diameter pipelines: The full face design provides better stability and sealing for larger connections.
Applications with strict sealing requirements: To prevent leaks of potentially hazardous or valuable media.
